Cirad is recruiting a researcher at the Qualisud Research Unit. The work is part of the RTBfoods project Breeding RTB products for end user preferences. As part of a team working to establish the biophysical, sensory, and textural criteria that result in a variety being accepted or rejected by the consumer, the candidate’s main role will be to develop ontologies for measuring the quality of processed and ready-to-eat foods throughout the processing chain.
Duration: 16 months (4 October 2021 – 28 January 2023)
Duty Station: Montpellier, France
Qualifications: Master’s or Engineering degree in agricultural and food sciences, with experience in data management. PhD graduates with experience in data management may also apply.
