MusaNet partners with the Banana Working Group of the International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS), which is part of the ISHS Division Tropical and Subtropical Fruit and Nuts.
Together, they co-organize scientific symposia on banana-related topics as part of the ISHS conferences held every 4 years.
The ISHS 2022 symposium titled Celebrating Banana Organic Production was held in Angers, France (photo above). The symposium took stock of recent developments in organic banana production and was attended by around 75 participants from across the world.
